This Banana Bread Latte recipe tastes as amazing as it looks. It’s creamy, nutty, and just a little sweet. It makes for a great balance between a richer coffee drink and a healthy choice.

Of course, we think this recipe pairs perfectly with Willa’s Organic Oat Milk. Our oat milk has a creamy texture and subtle sweetness that serve as a complement to the fruit and nut flavors. Willa’s is made with the entire whole grain oat, which means it has all of the protein and fiber. It also provides a super creamy nuttiness underlying the banana and walnut flavors.

The stars of this recipe are the banana and walnuts.

For the best results, we recommend you use a soft, ripe banana that’s just starting to get spotty. Also, if you’re not using a high-powered blender, we recommend prepping the walnuts by soaking them in water. You can either soak them in cold water for a few hours or in hot water for around 30 minutes. This should soften the walnuts so they blend smoothly.

If you’re craving something extra sweet, you have the option to top with whipped cream. You can also mix in maple syrup while you’re blending or after for a richer flavor. The point is, you have a lot of options for customizing this drink to your liking.

If you’re looking for more of a dessert style drink, we bet our Dairy-Free Caramel Sauce recipe would complement this drink well.

You could also swap the plain oat milk with our Pumpkin Spice Oat Milk Creamer recipe for deliciously festive fall drink.
